Built in 2020, she welcomes up to 10 guests across five beautifully appointed cabins, creating the perfect setting for unforgettable experiences with family and friends.

Dining is an integral part of the DEZTINATION charter experience, with talented Chef Alida bringing more than a decade of yacht culinary experience to the table.
Her cooking draws inspiration from Mediterranean, French, Italian, Asian and international cuisine, combining fresh seasonal ingredients with menus tailored around each guest’s preferences.
From relaxed family lunches and freshly prepared breakfasts to elegant dinners and special celebrations, every meal is thoughtfully prepared to complement the occasion and destination.

Captain
Arnold Heins
South African
With more than 16 years of experience in the yachting industry, Captain Arnold brings a wealth of knowledge, professionalism and genuine enthusiasm to life onboard.
His extensive cruising experience spans Alaska, the US West and East Coasts, the Caribbean, Bahamas, Central America and New England, giving him an excellent understanding of how to create memorable itineraries both on and off the beaten track.
Arnold has a strong charter background and particularly enjoys the guest-focused side of yachting. Friendly, approachable and hands-on, he works closely with his crew to create a relaxed atmosphere onboard while maintaining the highest standards of service, safety and professionalism.
He takes great pride in tailoring each trip around his guests, whether that means finding a secluded anchorage, planning the perfect day ashore or getting everyone out on the water.
A keen diver and qualified PADI and NAUI Dive Instructor with 20 years’ experience, Arnold has a natural passion for the ocean and watersports.
His extensive operational and technical experience, combined with his calm leadership style, allows guests to simply relax and enjoy their time onboard knowing they are in very capable hands.
For Arnold, a successful charter is about much more than the destination. It’s about creating a happy yacht, a great atmosphere and an experience guests will want to return to.

First Officer
Erich Kankowski
South African
Erich is an energetic and hands-on yachting professional with extensive experience in navigation, deck operations, watersports and guest activities.
Having progressed through the industry from skipper and deckhand to First Officer and Captain, he brings a broad range of practical experience and a strong understanding of both guest enjoyment and safe yacht operations.
His experience includes busy Mediterranean charter seasons, bridge and navigation management, tender driving and close-quarters manoeuvring, alongside the day-to-day leadership of deck operations.
He holds his OOW 3000 and MCA Master 200GT qualifications and continues to work towards his Master 3000.
For charter guests, Erich is very much part of the action. He has extensive experience with tender excursions and watersports including wakeboarding, inflatables, jet skis, Seabobs and eFoils.
Away from work, Erich enjoys keeping active through the gym and CrossFit, travelling, discovering new cultures and finding the best coffee shops along the way.

Chief Engineer
Jake Baker
New Zealander
Jake brings 14 years of engineering experience to DEZTINATION, combining a strong background in heavy diesel engineering with extensive experience aboard yachts ranging from 46m to 85m.
A qualified Y1/SV Chief Engineer, he has worked across private and charter programmes and has considerable experience managing complex engineering operations at sea.
Practical, hardworking and highly hands-on, Jake takes great pride in keeping everything behind the scenes running smoothly.
His experience covers mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and hotel systems, as well as generators, tenders, toys and preventative maintenance.
He has also worked aboard yachts cruising remote locations where self-sufficiency and creative problem-solving are essential.
Jake’s calm and methodical approach makes him a valuable part of the team, ensuring guests can enjoy everything DEZTINATION has to offer while the technical side of the yacht is quietly taken care of.
Outside the engine room, Jake leads an active lifestyle and particularly enjoys surfing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Chief Stewardess
Emma Lundberg
Swedish
Emma brings a warm, personable approach to life onboard, combined with a meticulous eye for detail and a genuine passion for creating an exceptional guest experience.
Her yachting career has included both private and charter yachts, with experience aboard vessels up to 85m cruising internationally.
Having worked across all areas of the interior, Emma has developed extensive experience in service, housekeeping, guest care, provisioning, wardrobe management and interior organisation.
Friendly, organised and naturally attentive, Emma enjoys getting to know her guests and understanding the little details that make their time onboard special.
Her background in hospitality and customer service, together with her G.U.E.S.T Purser training, brings an additional level of professionalism to her role.
Away from work, Emma loves sport, photography, travelling and home renovation.

Chef
Alida Dalmazzo-Auckland
Hungarian
With over a decade of experience as a yacht chef, Alida brings a wonderfully international style of cooking to DEZTINATION.
Her yachting career has taken her throughout the Mediterranean, Caribbean, Florida, Middle East and Thailand, working aboard yachts from 30m to 65m and catering for both private owners and busy charter programmes.
Alida’s cooking is fresh, vibrant and varied, with Mediterranean cuisine at its heart alongside French, Italian, Spanish, Asian, Arabic, Indian, Mexican and modern American influences.
She loves sourcing fresh, seasonal ingredients locally and adapting her menus to wherever the yacht is cruising. Everything from homemade breads and pasta to gelato, desserts and ice creams regularly comes out of her galley.
Experienced in everything from relaxed family-style lunches and BBQs to beautifully plated dinners and special celebrations, Alida enjoys creating menus around her guests and the occasion.
She’s equally comfortable catering for vegetarian, pescatarian, gluten-free and low-carb diets, as well as creating separate menus for children when needed.
For Alida, food is an important part of the whole charter experience. Her aim is simple: to serve delicious, memorable food that reflects both her guests’ tastes and the destination around them.

Carliné Du Toit

Carliné brings a bright, friendly energy to DEZTINATION and loves being part of creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Warm and approachable by nature, she takes pride in making sure guests feel comfortable, well looked after and able to completely switch off from the moment they step onboard.
With experience across both private and charter yachts, Carliné understands that it’s often the small details that make a charter memorable.
Whether preparing the yacht for a day on the water, helping with service or making sure everything is just right when guests return onboard, she enjoys being part of the team that brings the whole experience together.
Positive, adaptable and always happy to help, Carliné works closely with Emma and the interior team to deliver the attentive yet relaxed style of service that makes guests feel at home aboard DEZTINATION.
Away from work, Carliné enjoys keeping active, travelling and experiencing new places and cultures.

Deckhand
Kane Dura
South African / Turkish
Kane brings an adventurous spirit and a natural enthusiasm for the water to DEZTINATION.
With a background in luxury yachting and more than six years in commercial tourism and outdoor adventure, he combines practical deck skills with extensive experience looking after guests in active, safety-focused environments.
His yachting experience includes tender driving, mooring, yacht maintenance and assisting in the engine room, alongside hands-on charter experience looking after guests and helping with Seabobs, wakeboarding and other activities on the water.
Before yachting, Kane worked as an Operations Supervisor and professional tandem paragliding instructor, completing an impressive 2,700 tandem flights.
A keen surfer, advanced kitesurfer, diver and competitive tennis player, he’s very much at home outdoors and enjoys sharing that enthusiasm with guests.
Energetic, approachable and calm under pressure, Kane is happiest when helping guests get out on the water and make the most of everything DEZTINATION has to offer.
